Pantry Pal may offer both free and premium subscription features. Premium features may require payment of fees as described in the app.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PANTRY PAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
